Smoothie Bowl Sundays

And so the summer countdown begins. Here are 3 of our favorite smoothie bowl recipes to counter your Margarita Mondays.



Choc Almond Butter Truffle

1 Frozen banana

½ cup Coconut milk

½ cup Coconut water

2 tbsp Shredded coconut

1 tbsp Almond butter

1 scoop Chocolate pea protein

1 heaped tbsp Cacao powder

2 tbsp Cacao nibs




Coconut oil

Almond butter (or choc hazelnut butter)

Cacao powder

Coconut Sugar

Drizzle the sauce and top with freshly sliced banana, blueberries, cacao nibs and shredded coconut. Cacao powder is loaded with antioxidants and nut butters are a great source of healthy fat to add to any mix. Reese’s cups don’t stand a chance!



Banana Vanilla Bean Acai

BASE: Antioxidant-Rich Acai

1 cup Frozen blueberries

1 Frozen banana

1 tbsp Acai powder

1 tsp Goji berry powder


TOP LAYER: Vanilla Bean Banana

1 Frozen banana

1 tsp Vanilla bean powder

1 scoop Vanilla pea protein

½ tsp Maca powder

Drizzle honey, and scatter your choice of white mulberries, slivered almonds and coconut flakes between layers and on top. Starting your morning with antioxidants fuel and cleanse the body to get you through the day!



Matcha Greens Coconut Cream

BASE: Matcha Greens Blend


1 tsp Matcha powder

1 tsp Greens powder

1 cup Cashew milk

2 tbsp Shredded coconut

1 tbsp Coconut yogurt

1 scoop Vanilla hemp protein powder (optional)

Drizzle honey, and top with kiwi, granola mix and almond slices. Not only is matcha tea a proven detox agent, but is a great source of natural energy! Keep calm and matcha on!
